The Federation of Motorsport in Uganda (FMU) together with MPU Motorsport are gearing up for the third round of the Autocross championship 4*4 challenge on Sunday 12 June 2022. The event will be at Mzuri Africa Resort in Namataba where the shakedown stage of the recently completed Pearl of Africa rally was.

Fred Busuulwa Kitaka co-driven by Joseph Bongole in their Subaru N14, they came in fifth place neck and neck with Musoke with a time of 17:10.13; just a five seconds difference between them. Muhammad Bwete and co-driver Muhammad Kavuma also competed as well as Julius Semambo co-driven by Diana Nagawa.

The second round of Autocross did not take place, which was meant to be organized by MOSAC. In the entries received so far, these are some of the drivers: Sabiti Muyanja co-driven by Mathias Kiyega in a Toyota FX, Muhammad Bwete co-driven by Shakira Nabwami in a Mitsubishi Evo7, Mike Mukula Jr. co-driven by Edward Kiyinji in a Subaru Impreza, Mark Lubega co-driven by Daniel Mbabazi in a Subaru Impreza, NRC champion Yasin Nasser co-driven by Ali Katumba in a Subaru Impreza, Mustapha Mukasa co-driven by Mildred Kibuuka also in a Subaru Impreza, Mukasa Musa co-driven by Lawrence Mwambazi in a Subaru Impreza, Okello Moses co-driven by Ismail Musoke in a Toyota Vitz, Allan Were co-driven by Nakanwaji Khuzainat, and Hajji Gasemba co-driven by Kaluya Brown Peter in a Subaru Impreza.
